ANZ Gothic Bank

The ANZ Gothic bank facade along Collins street.

The bank, completed in 1887, is still a working bank.


According to the brochure, the columns and brackets are cast iron, covered with strong canvas, fixed with white lead cement and five coats of oil paint. The ceiling was hand painted and gilded.
