Speakers are given 30 minutes on a soapbox in front of the State Library to share their views regarding a variety of topics. Everybody is welcome to listen and sometimes, even pipe in with their own opinions.

is really sunken? or did they just made it to look like it sunk?
There is really a sunken part there but I think they did it on purpose (design) rather than it being an actual historical part of an old building.
