Equitable Place is where we go for some teppanyaki at Dai-Shou, a Japanese shop.


DeGraves street, just outside one of Flinders station's entrance, is ideal for having breakfast or tea alfresco.


Centre Place is another alley that features numerous restaurants and takeaway shops.

The Causeway with its cafes and restaurants. We usually go to Tokio, a Japanese takeaway shop, for some authentic Japanese cafe fare.


Hardware Lane, touted as where the cafe culture of Melbourne began.


Mitre Tavern in Bank Place seems to be quite popular even during lunch hour on a weekday!


Holson Place is quite different in that it features clothing shops instead of cafes/restaurants.


Block Place, just off the side of the Block Arcade is a good place to kick back and relax after all that shopping.
