Muffin experiment

Muffins, before. I only did half the recipe as I wasn't sure that we could finish the whole batch within the next 3 days.

Yum.... the top was crunchy and the inside was moist and soft. I don't think I'll be using the muffin liners anymore as they stick to the muffins too much.
